Pricing:
Pricing is determined by the product being manufactured and sold. KreaTive KusTom KrafTs will provide you with a quote for each item purchased. Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Deposit/Payment:
A minimum deposit of 50% of the order total is required prior to design and production. You do not have an order until the deposit is paid.
How Do I Make a Payment:
All deposits and payments can be paid via PayPal, Zelle (678.822.3035) or Cash App ($kreativekustomkrafts).
When Will Production of My Order Begin:
The design phase starts once the deposit has been received.
When Will Production Begin:
Production will begin after the final design has been approved by the KusTomer. Please allow 1-2 weeks for turnaround time. All Rush orders will be subject to an additional fee. The rates for a Rush Fee may vary depending on the quantity of the item(s) ordered.
Product Finishes and Color Options:
We offer a variety of finishes for every product. Items can be stained or painted in almost every case. We will provide you with a color chart for color selection. Please note, once a color is selected and the initial coat has been applied, the color cannot be changed. We cannot guarantee an exact color match, however, we will try our best to come as close to the desired color as possible.
Refunds/Returns (DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY):
Subject to these terms, we offer refunds on the purchase of goods but not on the provision of services. Our returns period lasts for 14 days after you receive any item. If 14 days have gone by since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to return an item for a refund, it must be defective upon arrival of the product. It must also be in the original packaging. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item due to defects, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All orders are KusTom made and once in production, they cannot be re-purposed forfuture orders. Where items have been made or personalised for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
How Will l Know When the Product is Ready:
You will receive a notification via email or text, when your item is ready for delivery or shipment.
Shipping & Handling:
All items can be shipped with tracking and insurance. Shipping rates are determined by the carrier and this cost is passed on to the consumer. There is NO mark-up on shipping rates.
How Are Shipping Fees Calculated:
Shipping rates are determined by the shipping company. Most orders will be shipped via USPS;however, orders can be shipped via FedEx or UPS. The shipping rates are non-negotiable. KreaTive KusTom KrafTs will always be mindful of the costs of shipping for every order. We will do our best to obtain the most efficient and least expensive shipping rates.
Delivery:
Merchandise can also be delivered within a 20-mile radius. The minimum delivery fee will be $15. All deliveries greater than 20 miles, the rate can be negotiated prior to delivery.
Dimensions (when applicable):
All dimensions are provided by the consumer. If the provided dimensions are inaccurate, KreaTive KusTomKrafTs will not be held responsible after production begins. If the dimensions seem to questionable, we will ask for verification. This may include sending a picture, showing the dimensions on the measuring tool of the area or item being measured.)
